Authenticity before aesthetics

Field evidence customers can trust.

This specification defines how Metro Power captures products, installations, commissioning and outcomes without confusing polished imagery with verified project proof.

A photograph is evidence only when its context survives.

Images may help identify equipment, explain an installation or support a project record. They do not independently prove compliance, acceptance, authority or measured performance. The caption and source status must state the permitted decision use.

REQUIRED SHOT FAMILIES

Capture the system, not only the beauty shot.

The exact shot list is adjusted to the product and site, but each assignment should preserve identity, interfaces, installation condition and operating context.

01Establishing context

Show the site, operating environment and surrounding infrastructure without exposing restricted information.

Wide site view · approach and access · environmental conditions
02Equipment identity

Record the exact product, nameplate, serial, revision and configuration needed to connect the image to a controlled record.

Front · left/right · rear · nameplate · serial · terminals
03Installation condition

Show mounting, clearances, cabling, protection, earthing, weather sealing and interfaces before concealment.

Before energization · close connections · completed installation
04Commissioning evidence

Capture instruments, test condition, time, result and responsible witness without turning a photograph into an unsupported acceptance claim.

Test setup · reading · timestamp · acceptance reference
05Operating outcome

Document a measurable condition only when its baseline, period, source, method and attribution are available.

Dashboard with source · field result · approved comparison

Six gates before an image becomes public.

02

Traceability

Date, site, product, serial and related project record are identifiable.

03

No object, label, terminal, defect or operating condition is generated, removed or materially altered.

04

Privacy

Faces, screens, addresses and client information are captured only when authorized.

05

Safety

No photograph requires unsafe proximity, energized exposure or interruption of work controls.

06

Release

Internal evidence, client-review material and public assets remain visibly separated.
