Data handling
Privacy notice
This notice explains how information submitted through the Metro Power website is used for business inquiries, technical review and project coordination.
Information we collect
We collect the contact, organization, project and technical information you choose to submit. When you attach a TOR, specification, drawing or related document, we also store the file and basic file information.
AI Technical Guide and Project Assistant
Questions entered in the public AI Technical Guide and non-confidential context submitted to the Project Assistant are sent to Metro Power's contracted AI service to generate an answer or preliminary brief from approved public website material. Do not enter confidential project information, personal customer records, internal pricing, credentials or private documents in these public tools. Inputs are not added to the public knowledge library or treated as an official technical, regulatory or commercial determination. Metro Power applies request limits using a short, one-way connection identifier; the website does not store the originating internet address in the guide-usage record.
Authenticated customer portal
The customer portal requires verified sign-in and a Metro Power invitation. It may display support-case status, organization and project references, equipment identifiers, warranty references, assigned contacts and approved documents associated with the invited email. Customer portal records are not searched by or disclosed to the public AI Technical Guide. Access is enforced on the server and may be suspended when the project relationship or authorization changes.
Why we use it
Information is used to review your request, identify the appropriate Metro Power team, communicate with you, prepare technical or commercial follow-up, maintain an accountable inquiry record and protect the integrity of the project process.
Readiness assessment metrics
When you complete a readiness check, Metro Power records only the assessment category, score, total questions and readiness level. The readiness tool does not collect your name, organization, contact information or individual answers.
Anonymous website measurement
Metro Power records page views, anonymous page-depth milestones, broad learning-path actions, selected resource opens, project-action clicks, page-level helpful or not-yet-helpful responses and anonymous performance measurements to understand which information is useful. Content feedback contains only the page and selected response; it has no comment field. Planning and learning events use broad labels such as the selected pathway or whether a result was opened; entered project values and individual answers are not included. Tracked destinations are reduced to the page or broad request type, and project descriptions or other query-string context are excluded. These events do not include your name, email address, message content, uploaded documents or a cross-site advertising identifier. Browser Do Not Track signals are respected.
Technical and commercial documents
Submit only documents you are authorized to share. Uploaded materials are treated as project information and are not presented publicly through the website. Submission does not create a confidentiality agreement, quotation, compliance commitment or contract.
Sharing and retention
Information may be reviewed by authorized Metro Power personnel and, when necessary for the requested evaluation, relevant principals or technical partners. Metro Power should retain information only for legitimate business, contractual, regulatory and record-control needs.
Request-status lookup
The request tracker requires the issued reference and the same email used during submission. It displays only the received date, request category, solution context and high-level routing status. It does not display names, messages, phone numbers, attachments or technical document contents.
Your choices
You may request correction or deletion of information, subject to legitimate record-retention obligations, by contacting sales@metropowercorporation.com.
Security and urgent confidential material
No internet transmission is risk-free. Do not upload passwords, payment-card information, government identification numbers or credentials. Contact Metro Power before sending exceptionally sensitive or export-controlled material.
